[B/Lab] Blood Groups

For determining blood groups through reading results like AB0, rhesus factor or fuormula, etc. can be recorded with agglutination strength. Clearance and plausability check takes place through revising and detailed documentation of antibody test, direct Coombstest, antibody-file, etc. Depending on the result, certain determinations can be claimed manually or rule-based.

A blood reservation with allocation of the patient can either be undertaken through withdrawal and scan or through entering the stored blood number with a survey of the patient`s blood features. An explicit warning appears in case of serologic incompatibility or the suggestion scheme offers matching blood.

Multiple crossings are possible and can be revoked. At stored blood issuing for patient, station or surgery, the matched product is displayed. For urgent orders, the product can be issued without previous attribution.
