[B/Lab] Depot Management

The depot-management includes a fast and easy overview of all relevant information. Depots can be established from various different locations. A detailed and patient-related documentation of the patient history is displayed in a comfortable tree-structure. From delivery to registration and isssuing, resp. to transfusion, all data and activity is documented including date, time and processor or client.

The receipt of the stored blood is recorded on-screen, via barcode-scanner or reading of disc of posting. Of course, the reception and management of autoblood-donations is supported as well. The order-attachment includes a message about the existing autoblood. If stored blood is provided for the patient or the donor, autoblood is automatically displayed and can therefore not be disregarded. Given the existence of autoblood, the issuing of stored blood is blocked.

Detailed information about the stored blood guarantees an overview and status-information about the product, esopecially on for which patient it has been reserved, cross-matched or issued. Evaluations and lists can be created according to different criteria. Moreover, the program offers a target-performance comparison of the current stock and an overview on reserved, cross-matched or soon-to-be-expired blood.
