With [i/med] DORNER has created a holistic information system through which information can be quickly retrieved and synthesized. This ensures long-term quality, efficiency and success. All DORNER systems are connected with the [i/med] medical database and no longer through separate interfaces. Data is transferred effortlessly to foreign systems in areas such HIS, PIS, DIS, LIS, LIMS as well as ERP through interface protocols like XML, HL7, LDT, GDT, HCM etc. [i/med] makes a holistic and efficient workflow possible.

[i/med] forms a data pool that all systems access, this way master data needs only to be entered once. Additionally, the [i/med]-Info-Server is the base to which further systems connect. The cost-efficient distribution of lab results through an in-house intranet or through the Internet is made possible without difficulty. [i/med] collects and differentiates by question and collects relevant data to queries asked. It places the data at the disposal of connected systems (HIS, LIS, DIS – manufacturer independent).
